Hey there, I’m Brian!

Brian Lawrence is the founder and CEO of Winsight, a leadership coaching and mastermind organization dedicated to helping business owners grow stronger businesses, healthier relationships, and more purposeful (intentional) lives. Founded in March 2022, Winsight was born from Brian's conviction that true transformation comes not from individual achievement alone, but through wisdom, accountability, and God-centered community.

The name Winsight is rooted in Proverbs 4:7: "Get wisdom; get insight." For Brian, the company serves as a reflection of God's guidance rather than personal recognition. While many consultants build businesses around their own names, Brian intentionally chose a name that points beyond himself. As he often says, "I don't know anything I know without God's hand on it." The result was a memorable, purpose-driven brand built on the belief that wisdom and insight, grounded in faith, create lasting growth.

At the heart of Winsight are mastermind groups—small, trusted communities where business owners gather regularly to sharpen one another through honest conversation, accountability, and shared experience. Brian describes it as "iron sharpening iron." Rather than positioning himself as the sole source of answers, he believes that some of the most powerful breakthroughs come from the collective wisdom of the group. Through guided masterminds and leadership development coaching Winsight helps leaders make meaningful progress both professionally and personally.

Brian's coaching philosophy was shaped by decades of experience serving and learning alongside entrepreneurs. His career spans hospitality, food service, youth leadership, and more than ten years working directly with small business owners through organizations such as Yelp and Ramsey Solutions. At Yelp, he gained deep expertise in marketing and small business growth. During his seven years at Ramsey Solutions, he studied firsthand how financial expert Dave Ramsey built, scaled, and matured a values-driven organization, providing Brian with invaluable leadership insights that continue to influence his work today.

More than anything, Brian is passionate about helping Christian business owners align their success with what matters most. His ideal clients are faith-driven entrepreneurs who want to build thriving businesses without sacrificing their families, health, or spiritual lives. Having listened to countless older business owners reflect on missed opportunities and strained relationships, Brian is committed to helping leaders avoid those same regrets.

Known for his approachable style, Brian brings humor, authenticity, and genuine friendship into every coaching relationship. He believes leadership doesn't have to be stuffy or overly formal. Instead, he creates environments where business owners can be honest about challenges, celebrate wins, and navigate life's important junctions alongside other men who share similar values.

Outside of work, Brian's most important roles are husband, father, and Christ follower. As a proud father raising five boys, he jokingly refers to himself as a "Lego dad." He is an avid reader, lifelong learner, technology enthusiast, CrossFitter, barbecue aficionado, and sourdough connoisseur. Whether coaching leaders or spending time with family, Brian is driven by a deep desire to help people live intentionally, steward their time wisely, and build lives they will be proud of long after their business success is measured.
